Cask 4127 – 43%

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Pineapple, banana, pick and mix sweets, vanilla, candied ginger, slight hints of wood.
Palate: Pineapple gummi bears, honey, strong vanilla, fudge, hinst of ginger and white pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: The sweetness of this malt is supported by a marked fruitiness, it is a very fine dram, light and fresh.
