My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Rather weak neat, freshly cut wood, vanilla, cereals, hints of pepper, water realeases a pleasant maritime smokiness.
Palate: Breakfast muesli with honey and vanilla covering some very gentle peat, hints of apples and ginger, a little bitter.
Finish: Medium long, sweet and slightly spicy.
Overall: This dram needs time to develop and a bit but not too much water. Everything is very gentle, not very approachable but quite pleasant after all.
