My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw
Nose: Vanilla, dried banana chips, hints of pears and mango, honey, polished wood, hints of ginger.
Palate: Tinned fruit cocktail, breakfast cereals, vanilla, honey, hints of candied ginger and pepper.
Finish: Rather long with sweet fruit and slightly spicy.
Overall: A very nice light ‘summer dram’, quite enjoyable overall, but the dilemma is: water enhances the nose but weakens the palate.
Rating: 82/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
