My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Definitely red wine, along with hints of nuts, some vanilla and polished wood.
Palate: Mixed berries, brown sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: Rather sweet overall and feeling a bit watery even at 46%, this dram doesn’t really convince me.
Rating: 75/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
