My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark straw
Nose: Smoked sausages on a stick over an autumn bonfire.
Palate: Sweet peat, raspberries, candied lemon, vanilla, custard, ginger and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and smoky.
Overall: You can feel it is still rather young, but it is a very fine dram with a good variety of smoky flavours.
