My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Quite shy with raisins, caramel, hints of orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Raisins, honey, brown sugar, orange zest, nutmeg and some wood tannnins.
Finish: Medium long, dry and slightly sweet.
Overall: The 18 year old versoin is a little more pronounced than the 12 yo, but the flavours have trouble to emerge from a bedding of general sweetness.
