My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Beachside bonfire, vanilla, a whiff of smoked ham, mild fruit, strong spices.
Palate: Strong peat, liquorice, raisins, plain sugar, cinnamon, cloves and pepper.
Finish: Long, sweet and smoky.
Overall: The sweetness is a little too dominant here to make it a truly great malt. Still quite a good dram, though.
