My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Honey, raisins, apples, polished wood, ginger.
Palate: Apple pie, raisins, hints of nuts, candied ginger, hints of pepper and tannins.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: Very well balanced and thoroughly enjoyable as long it is in your mouth, but the finish lacks some length.
