Palate: Honey, mixed tropical fruit, vanilla, a light malty sweetness, ginger, nutmeg, quite a bit of wood influence.
Finish: Long, fruity and dry.
Overall: A very nicely balanced mix of flavours, the wood is well pressent but does not dominate.
