My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Light smoke, liquorice, caramel, honey, banana, nutmeg, hints of white pepper.
Palate: Medium peat, honey, butterscotch, citrus, banana, candied ginger, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, sweet and slightly smoky.
Overall: A nice sipping dram for those who like their peat a little sweet. The finish is over a little too short for my taste.
