My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright copper
Nose: Lots of dark caramel, cocoa, cigar box, hints of orange zest, nutmeg, old wood.
Palate: Orange marmalade, dried apricots, caramel, toasted hazelnuts, seasoned with a mysterious spice mix.
Finish: Very long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: An excellent whisky that feels like the creation of an Indian master chef. Densely interwoven flavours tickle your tongue, but nothing sticks out of the harmonic composition.
Rating: 87/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
