From Glann ar Mor Distillery, France – 46%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw
Nose: Willams Christ pears, banana, vanilla, hints of lemon zest and pepper, rather maritime and a little smoky after a while.
Palate: Very mild peat, pears, vanilla, hints of ginger and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: This malt from Brittany has a very intriguing nose, but on the palate it is a bit one-dimensional.
