My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Fresh sea air, raisins, dates, toffee, polished wood, cinnamon, hints of pepper.
Palate: Raisins, honey, caramel, cinnamon, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, sweet and slightly spicy.
Overall: A very pleasant mix of flavours with that ‘coastal’ touch that is so hard to pin down….
Rating: 85/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
