My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Pick and mix sweet shop, orange blossom honey, apricot jam, freshly cut wood, cinnamon.
Palate: Very strong on apricots and peaches, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, minimal hints of pepper.
Finish: Very long and fruity.
Overall: The perfect fruit bomb. Fabulous, simply fabulous. This is my favourite dram of 2011.
