My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Prunes, stewed apples, raisins, dark toffee, hints of cigar box and nutmeg.
Palate: Prunes, apple crumble, orange zest, nutmeg, hints of tea, pepper and a faint meatiness.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: A rather rich sherry dram with already quite a bit of wood for its age. The finish could be a little longer, though.
