Jack Wiebers – Cask 1275 – 57.9%

My Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright amber
Nose Strong medicinal peat smoke covering vanilla, pineapple and honey notes, liquorice and cloves.
Palate: Strong peat, lemon zest, grapefruit, pineapple. vanilla,  liquorice, cloves, nutmeg, hints of pepper and salt.
Finish: Very long, smoky and slightly dry.
Overall: With a few drops of water this malt literally explodes into flavours. This outburst on the palate is backed up by a massive nose.

Rating: 89/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
