My Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark amber
Nose Dried figs, raisins, marzipan, milk chocolate, polished oak, leather, hints of cardamom and nutmeg.
Palate: Apricot jam, dried figs, orange zest, cocoa, cardamom, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: An excellent fruity sherry dram with just the right amount of spice. This is a perfect drink-by-the-drop malt.
