My Tasting Notes

Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Orange zest, prunes, honey, stewed apples, polished wood, hints of tobacco and pepper.
Palate: Prunes, orange zest, walnuts, honey, hints of nutmeg and pepper with a slight herbal freshness.
Finish:  Long, slighlty sweet and slightly dry.
Overall: This really is a nice composition of flavours, well-balanced, nothing stands out. It needs a bit of water.

Rating: 84/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
