Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Vanilla, soft caramel sweets, lemon zest, hints of bergamote and nutmeg.
Palate: Vanilla, lemon, banana, lychees, burnt sugar, nutmeg, just a touch of chili.
Finish: Long, first sweet than fruity, all with a bit of spice.
Overall: A very fine rum with a good balance of fruit and spice, not overly sweet.
