Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Vanilla, honey, apples, dried banana, polished wood, nutmeg and hints of pepper.
Palate: Apples stewed in white wine, banana, vanilla, nutmeg and pepper, hints of walnuts.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: A very nice combination of fruit and spice. This whisky may look pale, but it has strong inner values.
