My Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Forest berries, toasted almonds, caramel, hints of rubber and cinnamon.
Palate: Strangely herbal, but in a good way. Toasted almonds, blackberries, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Very long, rich and spicy.
Overall: This very complex malt displays some rather odd flavours which I really like, but it may not be everybody’s favourite.
Rating: 89/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
