My Tasting Notes
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Apples, walnuts, honey, hints of ginger.
Palate: Apples, walnuts, lemon zest, hint of mediterranean herbs, ginger and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly dry.
Overall: This is a nice dram, all flavours are well put together with nothing standing out. There is nothing really noteworthy to report, though, and it has quite an alcohol bite, too.
