My Tasting Notes
Colour: Bright copper
Nose: Prunes, marzipan, polished oak, hints of cigar box and cinnamon.
Palate: Quite sharp even with water, prunes, christmas cake, toffee, pepper, cinnamon and cardamom.
Fish: Long, dry, spicy and slightly fruity.
Overall: A very fine sherry profile is somewhat disturbed by a quite strong spice and alcohol punch.
