My Tasting Notes
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Vanilla, fresh orange peel, cinnamon, cigar box and a slight sniff of glue.
Palate: Vanilla, caramel, orange zest, cinnamon, hints of oak and nutmeg.
Finish: Medium long, and slightly dry.
Overall: A mild and obviously rather young bourbon. Driness and color hint on lightly charred barrrels. It is not very complex but nicely sippable.
