My Tasting Notes
Colour: Straw
Nose: Fishing pier, wood smoke, rubber, faint hints of tinned fruit, slightly farmy.
Palate: Peated porridge, vanilla, pepper, hints of lemon and ginger.
Finish: Long, slightly dry, peaty but not smoky.
Overall: Well, it’s certainly an interesting whisky, but this combination of flavours does not really convince me.
