Mosstowie, Glen Mhor, Banff and Glencraig – 47.4%
My Tasting Notes
Colour: Rich gold
Nose: Mixed citrus fruit, honey, waxed wood, hints of vanilla and ginger.
Palate: Lemon zest, grapes, honey, a little butterscotch, hints of green tea, ginger and nutmeg, minimally herbal with water.
Finish: Long, dry and slightly waxy.
Overall: It needs a little time and a few drops of water, then this full bodied malt releases a plethora of nicely interwoven flavours.
