My Tasting Notes
Colour: Copper
Nose: Treacle toffee, raisins, rum and cinnamon combined with a lingering freshness.
Palate: Treacle toffee, honey, tea, prunes, cinnamon and cloves.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly dry.
Overall: Because of the unusually strong sherry influence you would never guess this very fine malt to be a Highland Park in a blind tasting.
Score: 85/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
