My Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Rather weak and slightly floral, peaches, jasmine tea, pineapple, vanilla, cinnamon.
Palate: Quite sharp neat, bergamote, caramel, pineapple, banana, cinnamon, pepper, hints of chili.
Finish: Medium long and spicy.
Overall: Despite its age this malt has quite some punch. A gentle carress on the nose is followed by a karate kick right into your mouth.
