My Tasting Notes
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Freshly cut grass, vanilla, porridge, hints of raisins and cinnamon.
Palate: Honey, raisins, vanilla, lemon zest, hints of ginger and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: The nose is a bit disappointing, but the whisky is nice and smooth on the palate. The sherry adds some depth.
