My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark straw
Nose: Mixed herbs, wet leaves, farmyard, becomes fruitier with water.
Palate: Strangely vegetal and slightly waxy, becomes fruitier with water.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: It is very difficult to pick out specific aromas on the palate. The whisky has a waxy and foll-bodied character but the rather odd flavours are probably not to everyone’s liking.
Rating: 79/100 – No price information as this whisky is not (yet?) for sale
