Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Old oak, vanilla, lemon zest, hints of tropical fruit, hints of pepper and nutmeg.
Palate: Vanilla, mint, pickled walnuts, hints of citrus fruit and mixed spices.
Finish: Long, dry and and slightly fruity.
Overall: This malt is proof that all casks are different. It shares similarities with neighbouring cask #16352 but the flavour profile is notably more complex and richer overall.
