My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: A bit shy, raisins, honey, nuts, citrus fruit, cloves, a faint whiff of smoke.
Palate: Rather smooth, honey, vanilla, gentle spices and just hints of fruit
Finish: Medium long , slightly sweet and minimally smoky.
Overall: At 12 years of age the grain has lost much of its harshness, but the overall flavour profile is rather indescript.
