My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: A sea breeze over a flowery meadow, honey, dried figs, cloves and cinnamon.
Palate: Very mild peat, crème brulée, mixed dried fruits, hints of rose water and cinnamon.
Finish: Long, sweet and midly spicy.
Overall: A slightly unusual expression from Highland Park, rather gentle but yet very complex. It is not overly sweet but it has the character of a very elaborate liquid dessert.
