My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Amber
Nose: Apple, banana, honey, hints of nuts.
Palate: Mixed fruit cocktail, vanilla, nuts, caramel and a bit of dry wood.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly dry.
Overall: A very enjoyable malt made using the solera system known from sherry. It is very well balanced and rich in flavours.
