Irish Single Grain – 46%

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Rich gold
Nose: Quite strong, caramel, apricots, honey, hints of banana and a slight herbal freshness
Palate: Mixed fruit cake with chestnut honey and a bit of marzipan made with a good amount of rose water.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly floral.
Overall: Quite a nice grain whisky with a very dense palate, not easy to pick up speficic notes. Perhaps a tad on the bitter side but still very pleasant

Rating: 84/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money ????
