Nose: Black Forest ham, cough syrup, lime, hints of vanilla and camphor.
Palate: Peat, liquorice, ham, citrus fruit, honey, hints of cloves and pepper.
Finish: Very long, smoky and a bit sweet.
Overall: A very nice Laphroaig with a rather typical flavour profile, just a little smoother and less aggressive than the original 10 yo.
