My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark copper
Nose: Burnt sugar, toffee, orange zest, vanilla, cigar box, cinnamon and so much more…
Palate: All of the above and then some more.
Finish: Very long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: A top class bourbon that can be enjoyed neat by the courageous but deveolps its full complexity only after the addition of water. Many, many flavours are blending into a continuum that you don’t really do justice by dissecting it.
Rating: 92/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
