The successor of the infamous Loch Dhu – Said to be from Speyside Distillery – 40%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark chestnut
Nose: Weak, lemon and orange zest are barely detectable.
Palate: Weak and undefined, slighty bitter and herbal after some chewing around.
Finish: Short and meaningless.
Overall: The best thing you can say about this whisky is that it tastes of almost nothing. Which makes it different from Loch Dhu and – in a way – slightly more enjoyable.
Rating: 18/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
