My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Honey, roasted hazelnuts, lemon zest, vanilla, hints of bees wax.
Palate: Honey, mixed fruit cocktail, vanilla, green tea, ginger and a little pepper.
Finish: Very long and fruity but ending in a suprising hint of mature cheese.
Overall: Full-bodied and richly flavoured, this fruity malt is mature without feeling old. It does not really need water, but a few drops bring out more spices.
Rating: 88/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
