Port Charlotte An Turas Mor

by Oliver Klimek on November 19, 2010

Multi vintage vatting – 46%

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Gold
Nose: Smoked ham, tropical fruit, Atlantic sea breeze.
Palate: Dry peat, salt, with a mix of fruits lingering in the background.
Finish: Long and smoky.
Overall: This is the first Port Charlotte bottled at drinking strength. It’s noticeably lighter bodied with a rather gentle and almost delicate character compared to the earlier “heavy duty” PC bottlings.

Rating: 85/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
