My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Champagne, just without the bubbles
Nose: Tropical fruit on a waxed wooden board next to a plate with panna cotta.
Palate: Earl Grey tea infused with dried pineapples joined by ginger and white pepper.
Finish: Very long, fruity and dry.
Overall: This is quite a bit drier than the 2000 vintage but it has lost nothing of its fruitiness. It also gained some complexity.
Rating: 85/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
