My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw
Nose: Apple, lemon, vanilla, takes some time to develop.
Palate: Honey, starfruit, lemon, ginger, vanilla with a maritime freshness.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: This malt is considerably lighter and more fragile than the rather robust 2009 release which it can’t quite match in my opinion.
Rating: 80/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
