My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw
Nose: Breakfast cereals, vanilla, lemon, rather shy even at full strength.
Palate: Vanilla, caramel, lemon zest, porridge, malt, becomes spicier with water.
Finish: Medium long. fruity and spicy.
Overall: This malt has lots of youthful bite but does not offer a great deal of interesting flavours. Bottled way too young for my taste.
Rating: 70/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
