North Of Scotland 36 yo 1972 Dream Drams

by Oliver Klimek on October 18, 2010

Single Grain – 51.1%

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Honey, bee’s wax, apples, a hint of paint thinner.
Palate: Honey, apples, peaches, vanilla, mild spices.
Finish: Very long and fruity and spicy.
Overall: If you are not repelled by the somewhat chemical nose, you a rewarded with a rich and smooth fruity dram that is a pleasure to sip. Water is not advisable as it makes the dram rougher and does not help the nose either.

Rating: 86/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
