Douglas Laing – 50%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Chestnut
Nose: Cigar box, dried figs, prunes, a hint of nutmeg.
Palate: Grapes, figs, prunes, chocolate, nutmeg and a little chili .
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: You don’t find younger sherried Glenlivetes very often, and this is quite a fine specimen. Rich and fruity with a nice spicniess that is just about right.
Rating: 84/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
