My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Banana, vanilla, nuts and just a faint hint of …. mature cheese.
Palate: More nuts than banana now, vanilla gain and a not quite so faint hint of …. mature cheese.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and cheesy.
Overall: This malt reminds my a little of the infamous durian fruit that can also give you a good whiff of cheese. But in fact I quite like it, just as I like durian.
Rating: 80/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
