Single Malt from Sweden – 46.1%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Quite fresh, spring meadow and freshly cut wood along with citrus fruit and vanilla, needs time to open up
Palate: Fresh herbs, vanilla, lemon and grapefruit.
Finish: Long and fruity, minimally bitter.
Overall: A nice dry fruityness that is underlined by slightly herbal notes. A bit unusual, but after all it’s Swedish and not Scotch
