My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Amber
Nose: Raisins, chocolate, mixed fruit cocktail.
Palate: Ripe forest berries, orange, raisins, hints of coffee and chocolate.
Finish: Rather long and fruity with a slight dryness.
Overall: This malt is rich, creamy and fruity with a lot of flavours to explore. Although I quite like it, I miss that little extre something that is hard to grasp. Maybe the PX sherry is not quite the perfect match for this spirit.
