My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Honey, apples, freshly cut wood, floral hints.
Palate: Honey and apples again, vanilla, dry wood, pepper.
Finish: Long, dry and slightly fruity.
Overall: This malt has a very pleasant nose. The palate is quite complex but it would be even better with a little less wood influence.
Rating: 81/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
