Old Pulteney 17 yo

by Oliver Klimek on July 30, 2010

46% –

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Straw
Nose: A quiet sea breeze, vanilla, lemon zest, slightly floral.
Palate: A little peat, caramel, orange, honey and a bit of salt .
Finish: Long and dry.
Overall: A very nice costal malt that reminds me  a little of some Sprinbanks. It is quite mild but pretty complex and a delight to enjoy

Rating: 86/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
